With 3,300 square feet of total space, five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a private pool, outdoor entertaining area, and complimentary 6-passenger golf cart, this home is perfectly suited for families and groups looking to enjoy the Emerald Coast together.

The bright, open interior offers plenty of room for everyone to spend time together while still providing multiple spaces to relax and unwind. Comfortable furnishings, stylish coastal décor, and Smart TVs throughout create an inviting atmosphere after a day at the beach or exploring the area.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, including a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, utensils, toaster, blender, coffee makers, and kid-friendly dining essentials. The large dining area provides seating for up to 10 guests, making family dinners and game nights easy and enjoyable.

The fenced outdoor area is perfect for families and pets with plenty of space to relax after a day in the sun. Balconies throughout the home provide additional outdoor living space, including a Gulf-view balcony from the second-floor king bedroom.

Getting to the beach couldn't be easier. The complimentary 6-passenger golf cart makes quick trips to the beach, restaurants, and nearby attractions a breeze.

Toes in the Sand is tucked away in the quiet Treasure Sands neighborhood, giving you the best of both worlds—a peaceful place to relax while keeping you close to the beach and everything Miramar Beach has to offer.

You're just a 2-3 minute golf cart ride or 5–10 minute walk to public beach access near Pompano Joe's and Miramar Regional Access. Restaurants, shopping, beach activities, and popular Destin-area attractions are all just minutes away.
