Overall Comment
We had a great stay at toes in the sand! The rental company was great to work with and helpful. Our only complaint is that somehow the beach in front of our house became college center. It was clear the gate code was passed out to friends. That being said, we still loved the beach front atmosphere and that is clearly not something anyone can control.
We would recommend!

Plenty of room coupled with a wall of windows looking directly out on the beach and Gulf, pure heaven. Without a doubt, the BEST equipped kitchen we have ever experienced. Any rental beachside along Scenic Gulf is THE place to be and this home was no exception. Property management never fails to impress by responding immediately to any and all issues (and we only had one - how to reset the cable connection!!).

Exceptionally well-kept, good maintenance. Great house for multiple families. Only drawback is it’s proximity to public beach access. Caused it to be crowded with some folks who squatted at our feet in water’s edge In front of us all day!

This lovely home was perfect for our large family vacation. Very comfortable beds. Spacious living and kitchen area were just what we needed. The extra living area on the bottom floor was great. The view from this home is spectacular! You can see a long distance from either direction on the decks. The property management company was very quick to respond to a few issues we had. We would definitely return to vacation at this home! This is the best beach home we have ever stayed in!

We absolutely loved our stay with Frangista Beach Properties at Toes in the Sand. From sunrise to sunset we were mesmerized by the beautiful beach, powdery sand, and perfectly blue water. The house was beautiful, wonderfully spacious, super clean, and a perfect getaway in these challenging times. While it was just our family of five this time, we could easily see renting again for a multigenerational trip or with another family. Hector from Frangista was super quick and helpful with all communications and we wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them again. We will be thinking about our toes in the sand for a long time!!

From the very beginning, I had an exceptional experience with this Frangista Beach Rental. The Management and staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We booked last minute because another rental company tried to hike our other house rental rate up over $5000 This house is perfect to share with multiple families. We had two families and had ample space. The kitchen is well-stocked, the gathering room has a huge table and the laundry room was very helpful! We loved this house and the beach! Beautiful!

clean, well maintained, and we loved the private beach. the elevator made it possible for my 80 year old grandma to also be able to not have to wait on everyone to help her up and down the stairs. the size of the house was perfect as well as the location..and the fact that everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom was great too!

Just What We Needed

After spending hours looking at many rental options all over the panhandle coast, we settled on this home for a week vacation with my parents, plus their kids and grandkids. Dad is disabled, so the flat entry, elevator, and beautiful view from all 3 floors made the stay not only possible for him but also very enjoyable. It was spacious enough to accommodate all of us easily. I was worried that the kids' bunk room might be too tight for 6 girls (!) 4 of whom are teenagers but they managed it just fine and it was nice to have their mess tucked away in only 1 room! Beach access cannot be beat... chair rental stand right outside the back door and we found (unfortunately for our wallet) that they also will set up and take down a volleyball court right there for us as well all week long. They offer many rental options to make your stay special. The community pool was also much nicer than it appeared it would be from pictures. So clean, peaceful, and quiet with lovely trees and flowers around. And there are stores, malls and movie theaters or whatever you might want to do within a couple of miles in every direction. It was really perfect and exceeded my expectations. Thank you!!

We always have an amazing time staying at Toes in the sand. It’s all about the views! People always ask what restaurants I recommend....NONE! We don’t leave the house. Why would you leave the views for over priced food! I would definitely recommend Frangista beach properties.

Toes in the Sand is so much more than a beach house The home had ample room for our party of 11. The home was beautiful and well maintained. The four kids adored their own space in the bunk room. The beach was gorgeous, so gorgeous that we had family photos takes on the beach. Frangista Beach Properties was great to work with and were very responsive addressing the few issues we had during our stay. We had a wonderful week and hope to stay again in the future.

Toes In The Sand was great for yearly Destin beach vacation. Was adequate for 11 adult and 4 children, ranging in age from 1 to 79. Elevator was very useful. Property was clean and maintained. Enjoyed using grill as eating out can get expense. Would be nice if 1 beach service was provided.Frangista Beach Properties staff was very responsive to our minor needs. Definitely would recommend Frangista Beach Properties and Toes In The Sand to all others.

Toes in the Sand provided a wonderful place to hold our annual family reunion of 16. The location was so convenient for everyone; close to shops and restaurants. We walked to Pompano Joe's for many delicious meals. The unit was very clean and spacious. Separate great rooms for teens and adults were appreciated. Cooking in the large updated kitchen was so easy. The elevator was very convenient for moving suitcases and groceries to the upper floors. The beds were comfortable; the bunk room was awesome! We appreciated the big grill for cooking our hot dogs and hamburgs,etc. We really enjoyed the panoramic views from the multiple balconies. We used their beach service for umbrellas and also rented a kayak and paddle boards. The water is unbelievably beautiful and the fine sandy beach is right at the bottom of the stairs. We would definitely recommend this rental unit to our friends and relatives.

Everything was almost perfect. Of course, when the weather is perfect does the house really matter?! Toes in the Sand had everything our family needed; we especially appreciated the elevator for our 'seniors'. The house is in very good shape, and its location is simply unbeatable. Frangista Properties(Hector) did an outstanding job taking care of us every step, and handled minor issues w/o delay. We do recommend installing curtains in the master bedroom (for the early morning sun), and making a dvd/Blu-ray player available. We certainly hope to be back!!!

We had an awesome trip. The house fit our every need. The beach and the weather was great. Frangista Beach properties made a personal visit to install push lights in the elevator for my 89 year old Mom to be able to see. They were very personable. They also recommended a photographer who was awesome working with us. I can't wait to see the pictures. Wonderful memories were made by all. I would definitely recommend this house and rental company
