The private residential elevator is made available when required by a guest. Please discuss with us in advance of your stay if you will need use of the elevator.

POOL HEAT-The private splash pool can be heated for an additional $45/day plus tax or $315/weel plus tax. Pool heat is charged for the entire length of stay. Pool size is 6.5 x 5.5

Community pool is heated Mar 1 thru Apr 10th and Nov 19-Nov 28 and Dec 18-Jan 4

Parking available for up to 4 vehicles depending on size (including rented golf carts). Additional parking is not available in the neighborhood but is available off site. $100 daily fines will be issued to guests by HOA if more then 4 vehicles at the rental home.
