This was our 2nd year staying at Sea La Vie. We love the property, beach and beach service. The location is perfect. Close to restaurants and shopping that we’ve come to enjoy the past 6 years. The Frangista staff is always very accommodating. Hector has always answered any questions we’ve had. We will be staying at another Frangista property next year as there was a pretty hefty price hike for this property next year.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea La Vie. The location is perfect: right on the beach with restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The closest thing we had to a problem was the dishwasher leaked the first time we used it. They had a repairman out within and hour and it was fixed.

This was the most relaxing vacation we have had in years. This house is amazing. It sits right on the water, you walk out the back, down the stairs and you're on the water with two chairs and an umbrella. The house looks just as the pictures show there were no surprises. Plenty of room for large families (only two in our party) and very comfortable. We will definitely be back soon.

Could not have been better! The house is beautiful - right on the beach with fabulous views from all 3 floors. Great location - convenient to restaurants, shopping, etc. Especially enjoyed the kitchen - fully stocked with every kind of dish, utensil, etc you could need! My dad (who is handicapped) used the elevator and was able to enjoy the beach from the porch. Will definitely go back!

The location was as described and the property was lovely. Had everything we needed for cooking and enjoying the sounds of the waves, view of the dolphins and proximity to many activities, but not too close. The beach set up was a true value add! Would highly recommend this unit. Also, the management company checked in frequently to make sure everything went well.

Our favorite part of this house was the beach and beautiful clear ocean view. We saw a lot of marine life throughout the week! The house was very well stocked for guests and had so much space for our large group to spread out. The location was great, we were able to walk to get dinner, coffee, and souvenirs.

This home was everything advertised. The endless views of the beach and surf were unbelievable. The home had everything that we could possibly need. The unit was in fantastic shape. We rented the property for two weeks for a family reunion for our parents. We had family from around the country coming and going the entire time. All were impressed with the furnishings, condition, location, view, neighborhood and the beautiful sand beach. The splash pool was a hit for both the young and not so young. We had ample parking. It was convenient for both walking and driving to restaurants and shopping. Thank you so much for sharing your property with our family. All had a great time and lots of memories were made.

This was our second time staying at this property and everything was just as great as it was the first go around. Everything is just as pictured, clean and orderly. Everything was there that we could have needed those first few days, from Keurig coffee to dishwashing detergent. So an immediate grocery run wasn't necessary.
You can not beat being steps away from the beach, it made it so convenient with kids ranging from teenagers to toddlers to newborns.
The staff was courteous and very prompt, our air conditioning went out on one of the floors on our second day and I left a message (as it was before the office opened.) I had a call back within 4 minutes and within the hour, the repairman was at the property and had everything up and running. They also came and cleaned the private pool when one of the filters wasn't pulling out all of the sand. Absolutely great service.
We all highly recommend this property and I personally recommend downloading the app, I never felt out of the loop and always had all the information I needed.

Beautiful View--TVs/inside entertainment need updating

I know most people don't go to the beach and watch any TV, but we do. There wasn't a smart TV in the bunch, and most of the surround speakers in the den weren't even connected to anything. If there's no smart tv, at least a full movie package would have been nice--but unless something good was on HBO, we had nothing. So, in short, bring movies if you like to watch TV to bed or at any point during the day. A week is a long time to just hope something is on HBO that you don't hate (or watch TV with commercials which stopped being normal about five years ago). Again--gorgeous view though.

Wonderful home to stay in! Great amenities. Loved the splash pool and beach access. It was wonderful to have an elevator as my husband was weak from chemotherapy. A few problems with shade pulls and sheets, but overall everything was great. Hated to leave.

Our family was lucky enough to stay in Sea La Vie for a week in July this summer and had a fantastic experience. The home was exactly what was promised and we were so impressed with how quickly a maintenance issue was handled! The upstairs air conditioner was acting up one evening and with one email, we found someone there repairing the outside unit at night within one hour! Very impressed! We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to any family interested in a beach front home in this area.

The location and accommodations were GREAT. The layout was exactly as outlined. The manager had great customer service as we had a question about the refrigerator and pool maintenance. This has nothing to do with Frangista Beach Properties, but the unit 2 below, 1935 Scenic Gulf Drive, was fishing for shark on the beach right next to us. Even to the point of Running fishing lines (2) from the beach, attached to a canoe and rowing out to deeper water to drop the line, then reeling in shark and then releasing in the shallow water.

We enjoyed our stay but did not like the up and down with the stairs . I loved how it was so close to the beach . We would of liked to have had a bigger pool to use . The community pool wasn't big enough .Also the den area wasn't that big or comfortable .

Recently spent 4 days at Sea La Vie with office co-workers. This property was awesome. Very nice and convenient to everything. Only issue we had was A/C wasn't cooling properly and management had someone over in a couple of hours. Would definitely recommend this property.
