Guests have access to the community pool just fifty feet away, as well as a private gated access to the beach! Several restaurants are within walking distance, such as Pompano Joes and the Whale's Tail. Bad Ass coffee shop and Pascalli Kitchen are also just minutes away.

Dog-friendly property: 1-2 non-aggressive adult dogs each under 25 lb. Owners must bring crate. Pet fee is $300 plus tax.

Complimentary beach service (two beach chairs and one umbrella) is provided March 1st through November 30th. Guests can bring their own chairs/umbrellas. Per HOA rules, Tents and Canopies are not allowed on Frangista Beach
