This townhouse was perfect in every way. First of all, Frangista Beach management was great at communicating with us! They made us feel welcome. The townhouse itself was beautiful, clean, and had everything a vacationer would want. The crown jewel was the beautiful private white sand beach with daily beach service sitting in front of the clear, blue water...all within steps of your deck! You literally step onto the sand. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Highly recommend!

"Beachy" Paradise

This is a beautiful "Beachy" place to stay in Destin that is literally steps from the beach. We loved the large deck and deck furniture. The deck is partially covered for shade. There is a closet on the deck filled with beach chairs, boogie boards, and toys. There is a shower head and hose at the bottom of the deck stairs and another hose on the deck. Perfect for washing off the salt water and sand. Beach towels were provided, which was a big plus. The master bedroom is fantastic! The view, the balcony, the bed, the large bathroom are all to die for and could not be beat! We felt so at home. We walked across the street for dinner at Kenny D's. So much fun! So nice and convenient to park in front of the townhome. Frangista Property Management stayed in contact via text/email. If we had needed anything I am certain it would have been taken care of promptly. Our favorite activity this year was riding wave runners in the Destin Harbor and open ocean. One of our favorite memories was sitting on the master bedroom balcony at night with a full moon shinning on the ocean. This really is a special place to stay and I highly recommend this townhome for your next visit to Destin!

Beach Therapy Getaway

This beach trip was a much needed getaway for my husband and I. Property was clean and comfortable. The beach was literally steps away from our back door. Beautiful view from our bedroom as well as the common family,dining & kitchen area. The beach setup was wonderful. We did have a little problem with the outlets in the bathrooms but info in app told me to check the breakers and problem was solved. The air went out mid week and tech temporarily fixed it and promised to fix next day but storms prohibited him from coming.. luckily the temp fix worked for the remainder of our stay. We received a request to allow pest control to come in but we declined due to personal sensitivities. Wonderful location with great restauants just steps away. We definitely will consider this place for another beach therapy getaway.

What an amazing, beautiful beach vacation! What more can you ask for? The townhouse was on the beach so the views are outstanding. One of our favorite views was from the master suite. Just seeing and listening to the Gulf from the bedroom is heaven. The rental was immaculate. Plenty of towels provided, even beach towels. The kitchen was stock well to our surprise there was even an air fryer! The rental company was amazing they called to check in us personally to ensure we were enjoying our stay. We always prefer staying on the beach if possible and this place exceeded our expectations. I almost forgot to add there are two restaurants a coin toss away. We will book again for sure. Thank you for amazing memories!!

This place is everything we dreamed of when staying on the beach! It was very clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked with everything you’d need for cooking and there was plenty of buckets, shovels, beach chairs and beach gear. We can’t wait to come back next year!!

Everything about our stay at Quiet Surf was wonderful, amazing view, stylish and comfy interior and great customer service from the Frangista staff. I particularly loved the fact that it was a corner unit giving us much more privacy and the master bedroom was extremely spacious with a sweeping view of the ocean and an incredibly comfortable bed. All in all a fabulous place to stay, we definitely will be back.

My absolute favorite thing about this property is the proximity to the water. You step right off the back porch into the sand and the ocean is directly in front of you. Wow! We didn’t run into any urgent issues that needed addressing during our stay, but the management company was wonderful. AC kept the whole unit nice and cool. There were a few minor issues that probably need addressing sooner rather than later. There was nowhere to hang towels in the guest bathroom upstairs. There was one towel bar above the toilet that was attached to the wall with sticky stuff (not screws) and seemed flimsy. That’s a simple fix. The shower in the master bath leaks onto the floor (I read this in other reviews as well). It’s not a deal breaker, just a pain in the behind, as you have to use multiple towels outside the shower door to soak up the water. The balcony off the master bedroom could use a little maintenance. There were some nails sticking up in several spots. We also saw a couple roaches inside the unit, but I know that’s almost impossible to avoid completely when you’re in the south. The biggest issue would be the noise from the street at night, but that is no fault of the rental company and can be muffled some with a sound machine. My only REAL issue with this rental is that there is a zero refund policy for ANY reason, including natural disasters. You are offered travel insurance upon booking, but it tacks on another $800 or so to an already expensive rental. But the management company is very forthcoming with this information at the time of booking. Overall, the few issues were minor and our week long stay was wonderful! It felt very homey and comfortable. We absolutely were not ready to leave and will likely return to this same unit next year!

Gone are the days of "homey" feeling accommodations...for the most part. Quiet Surf II #1 is the exception. Within minutes of arrival, we felt like this was our own special beach hideaway. With the water's edge just footsteps away, we could enjoy the Gulf in our beach chairs or up on the private deck. And the sunsets were absolutely amazing! We ate several times at Kenny D's across the street, and the food was consistently good. The management company was outstanding, as well. We will definitely book this property again!

We stayed 8 weeks at Quiet Surf I during January and February. Being right on the beach every morning with the sun and waves to greet you was a the way to start the day. The rental management was excellent. Our sliding door was stuck, they fixed it in an hour. Our toaster didn't work, they replaced with a new one.
We are already signed up for next year!

Great location; access to three restaurants within walking distance. We liked Pompano Joe's the best. The townhome was clean and had all the amenities you want including beach umbrella and two chairs. Access to the beach was only a very short quick walk thru the dune which was perfect and private.

This townhouse is not very attractive from the outside and has a dated decor... but it makes it up a thousand times by being right on a beautiful beach, parking right in front of entrance, pristine condition, well equipped kitchen, super organized and responsive management, a very good location, close to gym, grocery stores and other amenities. It is an end townhouse so one gets a long side wall of natural light, plus an ample deck on the back looking out to the gorgeous beach. There was plenty of room for the two of us, I wouldn’t know how it would work for more than four persons or maybe six. Couches in living room are leather and perhaps not the most comfortable for overnight sleeping for family members expecting privacy, space and comfort.
Check-out time at 9:00 am is super early and an inconvenience. That is my only complaint. Considering that check- in is after 4:00 pm.
All in all it was a pleasure to have stayed in this unit .

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed at this particular unit. We love everything about it! The location is amazing with restaurants within walking distance and being right on the beach can’t be beat. The unit is very spacious and accommodating for just a couple or even a small group. The bed in the master is super comfortable and the AC works great! We will definitely book again for next year!

We are very hard people to please. With that said, Quiet Surf #1 did NOT disappoint! From the moment we walked in to see the bright and very clean environment it just got better and better! The location of the vacation rental to the beach was the closest we’ve ever stayed! The covered deck was perfect for morning coffee! The chairs and umbrella service was beyond our expectations! The chair guys even moved our umbrellas when they saw our boys trying to move an umbrella over their giant hole they had dug in the sand. The location of the rental to wonderful restaurants was so convenient. We could walk to several restaurants. We loved it so much that we decided to extend our stay. William in the rental office was so helpful with extending our vacation and any other help we needed! He was very easy to reach and so accommodating! 5 STARS for Quiet Surf #1 and the Frangista rental agency!!! Unforgettable memories were made!!

This place is just like home. Very nice and clean. Loved the huge deck for afternoon naps in the shade. The Master Bed mattress was AMAZING, not sure what the brand is but we didn't want to get out of the bed it was so comfortable. Everything was stocked that we needed. I am a hot natured person but the A/C worked great even up on the second floor bedrooms and I was plenty cool. We will definitely stay here again.

Quiet Surf had the most amazing view and location. We have never stayed so close to the beach, that we stepped directly in the sand from the back of the house. Since it was not in a high rise, we had an incredible view of the stars over the water.
The place was immaculate. The furnishing were fresh and in good repair. The management company was super attentive.
We have always stayed at different condos, but this will be our only stop from now on.

We LOVED QS #1, so close to the ocean, but yet so private. We really enjoyed the way it was laid out and the decorations were nice. The condo was clean, the beds so comfy. The second bedroom did get a little warm for the girls, but nothing they couldn't manage.
The beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels were all an added plus since this year we flew. We enjoyed the condo so much we've already booked it for next year.
