Great stay. Property is in perfect location. Despite not being real large, it felt spacious and plenty of room for a party of 7 with four kids between the ages of 7 and 11. Pool is a very nice feature that not many beach front places in fragista neighborhood offers. We would stay again.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving at Pink Pearl. The home is well-appointed, very clean and the ocean views from the beach-facing side of the home are amazing! The only minor issue is that the home had very limited beach towels and no chairs for us to carry to the beach. Two chairs were delivered each day but, for the cost of the rental and the number of people it accommodates, it would have been nice if those basic beach necessities were included. Still, we plan to be back!

This beach house was perfect for our family - we were traveling with our 1 year old daughter and 70 year old parents. The house was a great fit for everyone. We appreciated the access to the elevator, and loved the privacy that the three levels gave us. We loved drinking our coffee every morning while sitting on the balcony listening to the sounds of the waves, and every night watching the sun set. The house was clean, well maintained and the location was perfect for us. We are already talking about booking the same place for next year.

The Pink Pearl is an awesome home. Perfect layout to take advantage of ocean views. Stocked kitchen. Fantastic grill area and pool. One problem and it is a big one, this property is right next to public access for this community. The beach area was extremely overcrowded with umbrella/2chairs on top of each other. Really to close for pre-pandemic times. Some people try to get 20 folks under that umbrella. Then the fact that our car was hit twice in the driveway as folks ran in it it with the rented golf carts as they dropped people off. We only had one car in the driveway so not sure what the issue was. I would rent this house again off season to hopefully mitigate these issues.

Pink Pearl was beautiful and had a million dollar view. You are steps away from the beach. Umbrella and 2 chairs set up every day. Home was very clean and had very nice Viking appliances, comfortable bedding and nice furnishings. Personal pool was perfect for an after beach or evening swim. The grill was great as we could cook in and avoid the crowds and traffic and have the best beachfront dining venue. Frangista is the best to handle all the details and great communication. Can’t wait to go back!!

Just walk down the steps and you're on the gorgeous beach. We loved the beach service - the chairs and umbrella were always waiting for us right in front of the house. We spent our days alternating between the beach and the private pool. Also conveniently located to great restaurants. Thanks for everything!

My husband and I spent a fabulous week in early September at the beach! The Pink Pearl is beautifully decorated, yet so inviting and comfortable. It has all the amenities of home, but with a stunning gulf view. Who could argue with a 60 second walk from the deck to our beach chairs awaiting at the waters edge for us each day. The house and locations are both beautiful, and the management company is the best we have every dealt with. They were so on top of every detail from booking, arrival, during our stay to check out. This is the loveliest little beach house! It was the perfect size for our party of six. It is decorated beautifully and the outdoor space with grill and pool is wonderful for hanging out in the evenings. I loved sitting on the third level balcony in the mornings with coffee and eating meals on the lower balconies. I will be booking here for future stays in Destin!

Our second stay at the Pink Pearl was a great as our first. Situated on the sand with private access to the gorgeous beach, you have unobstructed views for miles. The private pool is a bonus. The home is beautiful, clean, and every bed is so comfortable for our group of 6 friends. The fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill made it easy for us to cook meals, but there are many excellent restaurants nearby. The management aims to please...they make sure you are informed every step of the way from booking to arriving to departure. We can't wait for our next stay!

The home was beautiful and clean. The location was great. The kids really enjoyed the pool when they were "beached out". The beds were comfy and nice sized. HUGE shower and great tub in the master. The third floor patio chairs were so comfortable, I didn't want to leave that balcony. The only drawbacks were the mattress on the sleeper sofa was uncomfortable and the stairs got very old after the first day or so of going up and down and I'm very fit. Next time, we'll definitely pick a one or two story home. Overall, this is an amazing, peaceful, and gorgeous home.

My family so enjoyed this lovely quality home. The various deck spaces were great. The home is beautifully decorated and maintained. The private pool and pool area was so enjoyed. The management was very responsive if we had any questions or concerns. We do wish there was a Friday - Friday check in and check out. The traffic getting there on Saturday when everyone else is checking in to the area is the only big downside. The home is great and we highly recommend it.

The pink pear is everything plus more. The house was very clean and tidy. We felt like we were staying inside the pages of a HGTV magazine. It was designed and decorated in such an elegant, yet laid back look. I can't say enough about how convenient it is to be right on the beach. We have young kids that wanted to go back and forth from the private beach side pool to the private beach. It was so nice to be that close. Cooking in the kitchen was a breeze, with everything you need to prepare a small quick meal or large family style meal at your finger tips. The grocery store is a quick 5 min drive from the house. Last the management, they are going above and beyond at Frangista beach properties. They respond to every question or concern right away. They were very kind and gracious. At pink pearl be ready to wake up with a cup of coffee watching the sunrise snuggled on a cushy seat, sitting on the balcony. Can't say enough!!!!

A Pink Pearl surpassed my expectations for a family vacation. The house and location was perfect for myself and four children (ages 5-11). From the moment I set eyes on the house and the Gulf I knew we would have a spectacular time. The house was immaculate on arrival and all questions/inquiries were addressed quickly. The private heated pool was a plus for when the kids needed a break from the salt water of the Gulf. And you can't beat the location- close to snorkeling, shelling adventures, dolphin watching, boogie boarding, nighttime crabbing, and not to mention the restaurants nearby! We woke up to amazing sunrises and wound down on the balconies to spectacular sunsets. And words cannot describe the colors of the Gulf- you just have to see it for yourself. We were sad to leave our paradise, but we will definitely return.

The pink pearl is a little peice of heaven , views are incredible a cupa in hand on the balcony as the dolphins swim bye , strolls along the private beach , shopping near by there's something for every one our favorite thing was to wade in the water after a day shopping waist high while the fish nibble our feet and watch the sun go down ..... A Pink Pearl exceeded our expectations and so did the staff at Frangista! The house was very clean, very updated and had several perks we are not even aware of upon renting it. We will def rent again at A Pink Pearl. If I had to recommend anything it would only be there are 3 flights on stairs so with young children you have to have baby gates and A Pink Pearl does not supply them so we had to purchase 6 gates just to have security my 2 yr old wasnt going to fall down.

I have been staying in Destin for over 10 years and have never stayed at a place this incredible. The beds and linens were very luxurious, just like a five star resort. The elevator was a saving grace as this home has three levels. We had the pool heated as it was a little chilly. We could sit in the pool and listen to the waves. Kitchen was well equipped, they even included coffee for the Keurig and salt and pepper. The property management was amazing, Trey Cole booked us a charter and pontoon boat. The only drawbacks were the WIFI signal was poor. Ice machine did not work and the pullout sofa bed was very uncomfortable. In all fairness we did not report either during our stay, so the property management team wasn't given the opportunity to correct it.

We have been staying in condos in Destin for 10 years and this one, The Pink Pearl, Frangista Beach, is by far the best one we have ever stayed in! It is newly remodeled, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. All beds were very comfortable and the unit was "**** and Span" clean when we arrived. It is well stocked with dishes, pots & pans, glassware etc. The pool is perfect! We will definitely be back as soon as possible.

The house was great. The interior was decorated beautifully. The home has an elevator, however we were not given the opportunity to use it. (Sure would've made getting the luggage up to the 3rd floor easier.) My only complaint was the lack of cleaning supplies, such as glass cleaner and a broom and dust pan.

This is an unbelievable property! Beautifully furnished & excellent location! We are partial to Frangista Beach because it is where my husband & I got married. :) When booking this specific property, the deciding factor was that this one had it's own pool. We were very disappointed to find out when we arrived that the pool heater was not working because the gas had not been turned on. This property has recently been remodeled, and I believe the pool is a new addition. So, they were waiting on permits from city, gas company, etc. All in all, not a huge deal, it just would have been nice to be able to use pool. Other than that, we had an amazing stay (despite the rainfall, "Stom of the Century")! We will definitely be back, and definitely use Frangista Beach Properties again. They were very accommodating for ALL of our needs.
