Welcome to Le Neptune, a luxury 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom Gulf-front townhome in Miramar Beach that sleeps up to 16 guests. With three balconies overlooking the emerald waters, direct beach access, and beautifully curated interiors, this retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm.

On the first floor, you’ll find a bunk room with 4 new built in Queen beds as well as a spacious Gulf-view king suite with a wet bar, wine chiller, and balcony access to the private sitting spa.

The second floor features an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area with panoramic views. Sliding doors lead to a large balcony with outdoor dining. A guest bedroom with a king bed and neighborhood-view balcony shares a bathroom on this level.

On the third floor, the primary king suite offers a private Gulf-view balcony, cozy sitting area, and a spa-like bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower. An additional king bedroom includes its own balcony and en suite bathroom.

With beach service each morning and unbeatable Gulf views, Le Neptune is the perfect coastal escape for families and friends.

Parking for up to 4 vehicles depending on size (including rented golf carts). Additional parking is not available in the neighborhood but is available off site. $100 daily fines will be issued to guests by HOA. RV's or Trailers cannot be parked at the home & no tents or canopies on the beach per HOA restrictions.
