My family stays in these townhomes on Frangista Beach every year in September. This rental was by far the best we have rented. The Rental Management company was wonderful. I would absolutely recommend this property and the rental company. 5 stars!!

Destin is a beautiful place. This property was further down and closer to a younger crowd. The year before we stayed at Frangista Tide and I believe I prefer that location better. However, the stay was very nice. The cocktail pool heater had to be replaced but management was very helpful and quick to get it fixed. Frangista is an amazing place to experience Destin.

It was nice to have the house available early on our day of arrival. The house was great and met our expectations, but I do have a few suggestions.
The family room furniture is not very comfortable.
The pool needs new plaster because it stains everything that touches it white.
All the TVs were smaller than expected.
Otherwise, all was great. Plenty of cookware and kitchen utility. Beds were all very comfortable and the extra beach towels were appreciated.

We came to Miramar Beach in September for a family vacation. We loved the location and parking for 4 cars. The house was clean, cool, and had a decent stocked kitchen. I liked the fact that when I called to ask questions someone ALWAYS answered the phone and was pleasant. The office was in walking distance to the house. Being able to use the elevator was a blessing because we had a 3-month-old and an old, small dog. Thank you for that!

Our family had a great week at the beach in this rental! We enjoyed being able to just walk out our door and be at the beach, and we loved the great beach views from three levels inside the house! We spent a week here with all of our children and grandchildren. The property was right on the beach and close to the community pool. Other amenities were all around us. We appreciated getting a text informing us that our unit was available a little early, allowing us to enter and begin our fun week. The unit was clean, cool and everything was in working order. The townhouse was a duplex, but we never heard any noise from our neighbors! During the week, management was very prompt and professional in resolving our questions and issues. We appreciated the phone calls we received during our stay just to check on us and make sure everything was okay. Our only negative was that the living space was a little small for 11 people and the street noise was a bit loud late at night and early in the morning.

This is a lovely home in the perfect location. There were only 6 of us but the home can easily fit more than 3 times that many people. The views from the home can't be beat. Property was clean. We found nothing wrong and never called management so they called us to make sure everything was ok.

Definitely will be returning to this place. Location is exquisite, view was amazing and the home was both clean and updated. We couldn't figure out how the hottub worked so never used it but there is one on the bottom balcony. The only suggestion I even have for this home is to maybe clear the path to the beach a little more (the little prickly things are fiesty...lol) The customer service was also amazing. We never had to call them with an issue but they contacted us personally the morning of checking in and several emails.

The view was beautiful. The private beach and access right down the steps perfect. The property was very clean. Our dishwasher flooded and was not working well. Repairman came out within a few hours of the call to fix it. We can't get that kind of fast service at our house! Staff was very responsive. Building is older, but has been remodeled without removing some of the old charm such as transom windows and molding. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with supplies Loved being able to use a grill. Only downside is that this area is crazy busy and traffic is terrible. We went snorkeling at paradise adventures in Panama City, parasailing, sunset cruise on the Daniel Webster Clements, rented bikes from Coastal cruisers, ate many meals in the house and enjoyed eating on the balcony, also ate at Fat Clemenzas, Mezical

Amazing from start to finish. The communication with the office was phenomenal. The staff reached out to make sure I had what I needed, including making sure the pool was heated, as I had inquired about it month before my arrival and they had it in their notes. The property was as described and better. Ive stayed at a few Destin beachfront locations and this was by far the cleanest, most up to date location with beautiful views and great amenities. We had a small issue with a dryer, but their App with direct contact to maintenance made the request quick and easy. I was contacted via text and a repairman was there within the hour. I would HIGHLY suggest using Frangista Beach properties for ANY of your Destin area beach rental needs. A first class operation lead by a first class team.

Perfect Beach Getaway During COVID

It was our family’s first time at Frangista Beach and we loved it! The property was clean and well maintained and close to everything (restaurants, golf, outlets) We were specifically looking for a not so crowded beach so that we could safely social distance during COVID 19. The private beach was just one row of Beach Umbrellas, but as you walked East towards Whale’s Tail and West towards Pompano Joe’s it got super crowded due to high rise condos and public beach accesses! We just turned around and walked back to play it safe. We were a family of six adults and a puppy and felt very safe in Frangista Bliss. We loved waking up in the mornings to the Views off the balconies. Every night we had family discussions on the main floor balcony while listening to music. It was so relaxing!! A great place to hang out and just be one with nature. For those of you travelling and having to telework, the WIFI gave us no problems. Four of my family members had to telework during the week. The close access to the beach, however, enabled them to join us even if it was just for 15 minutes every now and then. We chose to cook in five nights, but did take-out from The Backporch and Fat Clemenza’s on the other nights. Both delicious! Finally, thanks to William who was kind enough to check in with us periodically to make sure our stay was comfortable. We had nothing but good things to report!

This was a great location for a beach vacation. Was so afraid it was going to be crazy crowded since it was the week of Memorial Day, but that was not the case. Tropical storm Alberto may have played into that. Though the beach looked crowded further to our left and right, with the private beach behind Frangista properties, it wasn’t crowded at all. There were thirteen of us and we still had room to spare in our great rental house. We had an issue with a sink breaking when a can of hair spray dropped in it, but they had a new one to replace it by the next morning. Overall, a good experience!

The property was perfect for our extended family vacation. We had four different families and two young children and the house accommodated ALL our needs. The six-year-old enjoyed the splash pool, and everyone loved the private beach right out the back door.
Frangista Properties is the perfect management company. The response rate is incredibly fast and everyone we talked to was nothing but professional.
I would recommend this unit and this management company with NO reservations! We hope to return again (and again...)

Good overall stay. Right on the beach was great. The home was clean. The overall seemed to be in good condition. The granite in the kitchen had a chip out of it by the sink. Elevator was scary with no light. The management staff was very helpful and even called and let us in early. Would recommend it.

Great location! Short driving distance to everything. Just a minutes walk to the Dairy Queen, coffee shop and Alvin's Island store for souvenirs. Wonderful shopping at the Silver Sands Premium Outlets mall and close to Winn Dixie for groceries. Great restaurants nearby if you prefer going out. We really enjoyed Boshamps Oyster House and Louisiana Lagniappe for great food! Beautiful beach! House was nice; needs a little TLC but nothing major. The splash pool was nice, we had it heated; it's not in perfect shape but it was relaxing. Had an issue with the toaster but literally within minutes, had a new one at the door after contacting Frangista staff. They are great people to work with! If you have questions or need anything, they are quick to respond.

Wonderful, fantastic, a truly perfect happiness experience. Accomadations were great. Location was fantastic. We had a wonderful time. Only problem was that one air conditioner quit working one night, but William dispatched an AC repairman who knew what the problem was and had it fixed quickly. Already talking about going back. Only dissatisfaction was the lack of lights in the elevator. But we adjusted.

The property was great overall. It wasn't as clean as what I thought it should habe been, and there were plenty of things that need replaced or already broken, but I just inspected the property to the fullest and took pictures so they wouldn't blame me.
The only real downfall that I didn't like is we had people passing threw our gate several times from the beach. And since we are missing a pair of expensive sandals I wouldn't put it past it was someone that felt it was OK to pass threw.

Frangista bliss is a great home directly on the sugar white colored sand of the emerald coast. The 3 levels allowed for me time when on a vacation with a large group. If you have kids that like to just hang together, the bunk room is your go to place. This home allowed a lot if ya to mentally escape certain stresses at a time when it was much needed. The private bedrooms allowed you to live the way you like to live at home whether it's orderly or not so orderly. The elevator helped anyone who has an issue with stairs to be able to mix and mingle at their own choosing. We had a great time.

This house was wonderful. We had a party of 8, 6 adults and 2 kids. The main living room is kind of small for a 5 bedroom house and the dining table only sat 6 (both seemed small for a big house). The house is right on the beach, great location with beautiful sand and beach. One complaint I have is that there were no bathmats or towel hooks in the bathrooms. The floors got slippery when getting out of the shower and there was no where to hang your hand towels in master. A small complaint, but kind of simple to fix. The hot tub on bottom floor was very nice to have and worked great during our stay. All in all, we loved the house, but not sure if we would return again with the high price tag.

Our family loved the property and the location of the property. However we had several maintenance issues. The maintenance guys and office personal addressed the issues immediately. The property was clean but not spotless. Our family was there celebrating a " 18 month cancer free " checkup. We could not have ask for a better week on the beach. We absolutely loved our time together at the Frangista Bliss even with the maintenance issues !!

We really enjoyed our stay at Frangista Bliss. We had a party of 16 girls and it was the perfect girls weekend. The house is right on the beach and so conveniently located by everything! The staff was also so nice and helpful. Hector answered every email I sent with questions within 5 minutes which was really great. Make sure when you first get there you call the chair service (dolce vista?) and make sure they will have your 2 free chairs setup in the morning. Ours were not the first day but the property management was on top of it and the chairs were delivered within 25 mins which was great and then they were set up the rest of the weekend. We also called about the AC and they came right away and looked at it and showed us how to work the elevator. Overall it was a great stay and we all really enjoyed the house ! The views were just amazing!

We had a excellent time in Destin! We had a group of 16 people staying at Frangista Bliss. The house was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Very few issues while we were there. We did not have a broom but called the office and had one on our porch in no time. The door knob, on the master bedroom, is put on backwards...makes it hard to close the door properly. During the night, on our last night, we had a curtain come down and the curtain in the master bedroomn needs some work. They could definitely use some more dishes and cookware. Advertising capacity for 16 people means you should have the resources to cook and feed 16! Overall an excellent stay with an excellent view in an excellent location!

The pictures of the home and beach are pretty awesome; but when you experience it in person, it is breath taking. The view from the home is so astounding. The home itself is by far the best home that I have ever rented. Not to mention the outstanding people at Frangista Beach Properties. My emails were answered immediately. Anything I ever needed was taken care of immediately. By far the best rental company that I have ever dealt with. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Hector and the guys at Frangista for making this a very memorable trip for my son's Class of 2015 senior trip.
