Overall it was good, the pictures were a little deceiving. The pool was much smaller than the picture and also the main living room was too small for our group, 3 people had to sit at the dining table to interact with everyone.
It was a great location and felt safe there. It was clean and overall a fantastic trip.

Property is the best house by far in Destin. Location only about a block walk to the beach. Three story hose has plenty of room for families. Fenced in yard for those traveling with their fur babies. Nice private pool with a golf cart to make trips to the beach easy. We stayed in master bedroom on main floor, with my only complaint there was no dresser for your clothes, just a small closet. Nightstands were packed full of old computer printers, modems, board games and general junk, so no space for additional storage in either of those. Overall though, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this house for the amenities offered and especially for families traveling with pets. Beautiful house with great location!

Accommodating, beautiful and just perfect for our family. Location was idea to the beach and stores. Golf cart was a definite plus as was the pool. Our stay was worth every penny. Property management was the best. Had an ac issue and they were immediately on it.

The house is wonderful. We had 11 ladies and there was plenty of room for all of us. The cabana room (that’s what we call it) is so nice and roomy. We loved having a golf cart to travel around in. The location is great. Close to the beach, shopping, grocery stores, etc. We would definitely stay in this home again. Dealing with Frangista Beach Properties was wonderful. They communicated with us about the trash pickups, send us reminders about various things and when we had a small issue, we were able to talk to them to solve the issue.

Overall, great stay in this comfortable, cozy, casual beach house. Just enough room for our family vacation. Love the trees and shrubs around the porch for privacy, the golf cart and the location were perfect. Splash pool was a nice addition as well. If bikes were included it would have been a major plus, but my only real complaint would be the outdoor patio furniture is is need of upgrades. Most of the chairs are broken, or about to break. And the ones that are not broken are not comfortable at all. Would have been nice to have an outdoor sofa to curl up on porch and some nicer loungers by the pool. Otherwise enjoyed our stay here and would probably stay again.

Best rental house ever! Everything you could want or need. It has 2 private units besides the house which have 4 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms. It is amazing, we enjoyed gathering on the wrap around porch, sitting in the rocking chairs. It is very private & perfect location. My grandson’s favorite was riding the gulf cart (beep-beep to him lol). This place was amazing & we made the most beautiful memories on this trip for my daughter had a destination wedding during our stay & Hector was amazing! As was the pool man & everyone else at Frangista Beach properties. Truly top notch service! They even showed up to pull our trash cans to the curb. Next time I visit Destin I will definitely stay with Frangista Beach properties. Thank you for the great customer service!

loved all of the king size beds, the large space in the house, but the separation of the house as well. It's very close to the beach, but as an awesome golf cart if you need assistance in getting there!
my only complaint is that they house didn't have the basics (salt & pepper, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, etc). It's greatly appreciated when a house has a few of those items so that you don't need to go and buy them while on vacation

We were in Destin for a family vacation. There were 6 adults and 4 children ages 6 and younger. The house gave everyone plenty of room to spread out and there were even several places if you just needed a quiet place to get away. We were so close to the beach and the golf cart made it so easy to transport all the things you need for a day at the beach.

Lovely home with fantastic porches and lush tropical yard. Short walk to the beach, handy to have the golf cart. House has everything you could need, just bring your clothes. We so enjoyed having the gas grill, and there were tons of toys for the kids to take to the beach. This house has pool/beach towels, so no need to bring your own. The Management company was on top of everything, checked on us several times to make sure everything was all right. House was super clean! The only thing I would say is that a couple of the beds weren’t the most comfortable- probably time for a couple of new mattresses.... Mainly in the bunk room. The separate apartment and cabana room made it really nice to spread out and have some privacy when traveling with a group. Our family enjoyed this house so much, we would definitely stay there again!

Great location and the management company contacted us to be sure everything was going well. Would suggest putting a king bed in the garage area to make access for seniors easier and allow them private space.we used the rental beach chairs and did a boat rental for a half day from Luther's at the harbor. Although the pool is small the ledge is very convenient to sit on and it was clean
