We had a wonderful family vacation at this rental! We spent alot of time in the small pool, I would highly recommend paying to have it heated it if going in March. The location was excellent! It was our home away from home for a week and we loved it! And the property mgmt folks were VERY helpful through the entire process, even when we were there!

We stayed 6 weeks in a lovely beach front house called Costal Treasure. Great location and the house was very clean and well appointed with plenty of kitchen equipment, towels and bedding. The elevator was extremely helpful when my 93 year old father came for a week. Frangista Beach management was extremely helpful and prompt with attention to our request to tighten a stair railing and replace a light bulb that had burned out. This was our third year returning to Frangista Beach but the first time we rented a house on the beach. Thank-you Hector at the management company for all your assistance, you made the process of renting and staying in one of your houses easy.

We had a wonderful time at this property!! They had everything we needed and the location is perfect! The towels were soft, the house was clean, the AC worked great and the property management was extremely responsive and very kind. I 100% recommend. We went with 5 adults and 4 toddlers. The house pool was perfect for kids and the community pool is great! Book it! We would definitely stay here again. Can’t say enough great things.

Rough Weather / Great Getaway

An exciting week. We saw a tornado. The house was great. I love staying right on the beach. The only three flaws are: 1. There was one sliding door that leaked when the rain blew a certain direction 2. The dryer didn’t work very well 3. The bunk room doesn’t have good access to a bathroom. Overall a great place to stay though.

Great place for vacation. Super nice amenities and the house has everything you could ask for and more. Our only issue was the beach was super crowded , even it being private but I think everyone had brought multiple families this time so it seemed way to crowded but tolerable . The clientele sets the mood and we had fun.
The home could use some updates if you’re picky but didn’t prevent a fantastic time from being had. Bring your own toys for the kids , there’s no closet that houses anything like that. I’ve paid less for more and more for less and I’m a critic by nature.
You won’t beat the location to local drug stores, restaurants, etc.
The main road is about 30 feet from the house and is loud at night til they quiet down a bit.
Alvin’s Island beach store is literally across the street so if you go buy stuff when you’re buzzed and tired of the beach, have at it !! We will be back !!

"Coastal Treasure" On Gulf-Frangista Beach

This is the first time we used Frangista Beach Properties and we absolutely loved our stay at Coastal Treasure. We have been staying in the area for over 20 years using other rental agencies and by far, this one has been the best. The location is fantastic with gorgeous views of the gulf from each balcony. The home was very clean. Not a piece of sand to be found anywhere upon arrival. And for a pet friendly home there was no pre-existing damage or smells. We brought our 2 dogs and they had a great time. Other pet rentals we have stayed at in the past you definitely knew they were pet friendly upon arrival, not this home! Nicely appointed furnishings, beds were comfortable with clean linens, ample towels and a fully stocked kitchen with a few amenities like dish soap etc. to get you through the first day or so. So, if your staying make sure you shop for your daily needs. It was so nice having lunch and dinner every night on the balcony. We ate out only a few times and picked up fresh fish at Destin Ice and grilled most meals at home with the outdoor grill. Miramar is a very nice quiet area with everything you need within reach and even walking distance-It's why we always come back! We stayed early January and the weather was great. Walked the beach everyday and had the most relaxing vacation we have had in years! Neighboring vacationers on both sides very friendly and vacationing with their dogs too! Very pleased with our stay! Looking forward to coming back!

The House was perfect for 6 adults and 6 children. Recent painting and upgrades made the house in very good condition. It is wonderful to be right on the beach and be able to simply walk 100 feet back to the house when needed.

Our family had the BEST time at Coastal Treasure! The house is in such a great location and suited our group nicely. There are a lot of steps, but an elevator is available for families that need it. Otherwise, we were thrilled with the house and the property management company, who were so prompt and attentive with information and with and help we needed. Definitely recommend!

This property is amazing! Located directly on the water. private Beach access and beautiful decor I woke up each morning with a stroll on the beach and finished with a cup of coffee from one of three amazing beach view patios. The grill that was provided did not work and the very next day rental service delivered a brand new grill. The service was great. This house was very clean with a fully stocked kitchen. We will absolutely stay again .

Being directly on the beach was wonderful. Coastal Treasure is a nice place but was in need of a few things and I understand recently purchased by new owners who are working to get the property up to the standards of their other property, which is beautiful. Clare at Frangista was wonderful and had a coffee maker and other things brought over in record time. Everything that we reported was looked at immediately and the maintenance guys were very nice and professional. I can't say enough positive about Frangista Beach Properties.
