Walk through the pergola and past the palms into the beach front home Cape Monaco, where you enter a great room in the "Beachy Elegant" and palm trees meet European/American traditional furniture and a scattering of oriental rugs over variegated tile floors. It's a marvelous mélange of styles. Sink into a comfy chair or one of three generous sofas. You may choose from a selection of movies after a great beach day or pick a family show on the large flatscreen TV.
The kitchen is roomy, with quartz countertops and its own table, and is well equipped for family dinners. Another more formal dining area lets you gaze at the beachfront views. A hall bath serves the great room and a king bedroom. Another room with a queen bunk and a twin bunk bed has a flatscreen TV and a shared bath with a tub-shower combination. The wide deck off the living room gives you a Gulf view from Seagrove Beach to downtown Destin. Stretch out on the cushioned chaise lounges.
The split-level top floor holds the large king primary suite; across the hall the fourth bedroom has two queens and one twin, with a private bath. All the bedrooms have flatscreen TVs for evening entertainment. Give those movies a good workout!
Just a few feet away is The Whale's Tail, where you can have a casual beachfront meal, then join a pick-up volleyball game. Across the street from Cape Monaco you can rent a scooter—pop over to Pascalli Kitchen for breakfast or the best Pizza in Miramar Beach.
First Floor: Covered Patio with Seating, Outdoor Shower, and Private Beach Access.
Second Floor: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom, Hall Bath with Walk-In Shower, Bunk Room with Double Full Bunk and Double Twin Bunk + Shared Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry, Gas Grille
Third Floor: King Primary Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Balcony Access, Bedroom with Two Queen Beds and One Twin Bed + Walk-In Shower.
For Seasonal 2025 reservations, Cape Monaco comes with three sets of beach service (6) beach chairs and (3) umbrellas, set up for you daily. This complimentary beach service is provided from March 1st through October 31st.

This home is not part of the Frangista HOA and does not have pool access

Wonderful beach house in a wonderul location! We love being able to walk to Pompano Joe’s or the Whale’s Tail. This house has so much room for everyone, covenient kitchen and laundry all on the street level. The table is large enough for everyone to share a meal or play a game. Everything is beautiful and comfortable, with lots of extra outside tables and chairs, even an outside fridge. We have stayed here 3 or 4 times now and this is easily one of our favorite houses, especially for a larger group.

We have stayed and made awesome memories at Cape Monaco for over 15 years and will continue to stay until the house outgrows our family! We love the layout especially the downstairs porch where we spend a lot of time relaxing and playing games. We stay two weeks so bring the necessary items to cook for the 17 people but the kitchen is well appointed. The beds are comfortable-I bring my own pillows but my family said pillows are big and a little hard. The bathrooms are very good.
We have always rented through the owners and last May they sold it with Frangista Beach Property managing. They are FANTASTIC! Super responsive on any issues! For example;with the grill was significantly smaller than what we had before and there was no way you could grill meat for the number of people the house accommodates. When we called they immediately brought another grill. We hope next year they will put a large grill in as 2grills take up a lot of space��. We did a new refrigerator while we were there and the downstairs refrigerator is NEEDED for a large group and was really appreciated.
The beach is private with signs so you have a clear path from your house to the beach. You will not regret booking this place and making memories!

If you are looking for as place to enjoy a larger group together, this is the one for you. It is spacious, has all the amenities, is comfortable, close to everything, and a downright nice place. Don't pass this one up.

Fabulous Family Beach Vacation

After many years of trying to plan a family vacation with 12 of our grown children and grandchildren, we were finallyable to find one week where everyone was available and Cape Monaco had just listed the week of July 4th as available! The home was wonderfully equipped with everything we could have imagined, the balconies, the beach, the views, the sound of the waves crashing ashore every day. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable; the kitchen had every gadget and appliance imaginable.
It was a great trip and we made some wonderful family memories.

We have stayed at this wonderfulhouse before and knew we would be back! Its a home away from home. The accommodations were perfect for our family of 8 adults and 6 kids. Very spacious living area Nd kitchen, so we never felt crowded at all. The house is so comfortable and the best part was being steps away from the beach and water. Couldn't ask for better. We will be rebookingfor next year! Management was so attentive to any and all our needs.
