Awesome home and location! The HOA should correct the beach access attendant though. Gives arm bands yet still asks for your address every time you come through the gate. Line gets very long in the afternoon because he has to go through several pages of addresses to find it. Backed up into the street several times!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aquaholic. We are a family of 5 and we were very comfortable in the beach home. The beach was a very short walk and we loved having 2 beach chairs and an umbrella everyday. The pool in Frangista was very nice too. We enjoyed cooling off after a day at the beach and the boys enjoyed night swimming. Also, Hector was great and took care of us. Aquaholic was very clean and very well maintained. We would definitely recommend this home for a beach vacation. We are already looking at reserving Aquaholic for next summer!

Aquaholic was a nice experience for the whole family. The location was ideal. It was close enough to the action of Destin without being right in the mix, and also walking distance to the private beach. We enjoyed having our complimentary beach chairs and umbrella each day. The house itself was spacious and comfortable. Overall, we truly enjoyed staying at Aquaholic and will return.

The Aquaholic house was perfect for our family of 4. The house is perfectly laid out and cozy for us to spend time together. The location to both the beach and pool were fantastic. We could walk to the community pool across the street in less than a minute and no more than a 3 minute walk from front door to the beach. The beds were comfortable and great living room area for watching movies with the family. In addition we walked to a few restaurants and dozens of others were less than a 5 minute drive away.
If you do plan on doing any cooking you will have to bring all the supplies - for example there wasn't any salt/pepper or coffee filters for the coffee machine.
Overall a fantastic house.

It’s a one minute walk to the beach! There is also a walking/ bike path along the scenic highway where you can see the ocean while walking your dog. At some points there is also a boardwalk above the beach. It’s one block from a road that goes out to Rt. 98.
We stayed six weeks and felt safe and comfortable.

Wonderful home stocked with all your needs. Location , location !! A one minute walk to beach and shops and steps from community pool! We had a great time and made beautiful memories! Aquaholic was a beautiful, clean, spacious home!! We felt so comfortable there. The owners had games and movies which was such a nice touch. They also had printed, laminated documents telling us about the history of Destin and their favorite places to go and different things to do! We can't wait to go back and will most likely rent Aquaholic again! Great location! VERY short distance to the beach and the community pool was right across the street. We rented a golf cart which was so much fun and so convenient! We loved everything about this vacation spot!

We spent our Thanksgiving week in the Aquaholic1 and and had an awesome time! My husband and I with our two sons and their wives and our 2 granddaughters all enjoyed the 3 bedrooms and 3 baths! During this pandemic, it was nice to have the whole house to ourselves! The location was perfect....close to the beach, and easy to practice social distancing from others! The house was clean and easily accommodated our crew! It was a pleasure working with the management of Frangista Beach Properties! We had so much fun and would definitely consider going back!

This home is awesome! We were so impressed and loved everything about it. It's so close to the beach YET located in a neighborhood that is quiet and friendly. The home is gorgeous and we were impressed with how well it was equipped (great big grill, lots of cabinet space, plenty of seating, huge front porch for chilling in the evenings, comfortable furniture, and they were quick to respond to any questions that we might have. You will not be disappointed in this home!

We had a wonderful stay at Aquaholic! The house was spotless and a quick walk to the beach and right across the street from the pool! It worked great for us and our dog. We loved having the chairs and umbrella included on the beach. Having a private entrance to the beach was really nice too. Our area had lots of people but only one row of umbrellas. If you walk about 1/2 mile either direction, you’d see 5-6 rows of umbrellas and people packed in. It was so nice not having a huge crowd of people at our beach location. Definitely would stay here again. This rental company was great to work with and made for a pleasant experience.

We had a great family vacation in Miramar Beach. This was our 3rd year in a row with Frangista Beach Properties. We stayed at Aquaholic. It was a wonderful property. Great location with everything we needed. The 2 beach chairs and umbrella were awesome. The beach area is really nice and there are many good restaurants nearby. Frangista’s staff has always been very curtious and helpful. We are already planning our return for next year.

This is the perfect beach vacation home. This lovely home is stocked with everything you will need and is beautifully decorated. Great location, it is a 3 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to 2 beachside restaurants, and a 1 minute walk to the gorgeous pool. Property management was in contact with us before, during, and after our stay, to insure a great overall vacation experience.

We have stayed at this home several times now. It is beautiful and very convenient to the beach, pool, and stores. The best part is that they have beach service included in the cost, so no need to take as much to the beach each day. The only minor issue we had was that the refrigerator didn't keep the food as cold.

Our overall experience was great. The reservations, payment, check-in, and check-out procedures were very easy. The use of the Frangista app with all the codes made it very easy. There was plenty of room at the beach which is not necessarily the case when staying in some of the condos nearby. We will be staying with Frangista Beach Properties again.

Loved the Aquaholic house. Great location, well stocked, good a/c, beds were comfy and very clean. The beach setup was nice and beach towels were even provided. Didn't have any issues so I never had to really deal with management. They have a nice app you download on your phone with all the door/gate codes. It is excellent. I'll be back!!

Aquaholic is a 3bedroom/3 bath house in FrangistaBeach that sits one block back from the beach. Nice furniture and amenities with a very beach feel to it.the property was perfect for our needs. The master bedroom upstairs provides a nice "getaway" from the rest of our traveling companions. It has a lovely screened in balcony-so nice to just open up in the morning and enjoy! We had a wonderful experience overall!!

So pleased with our rental. We rented for a week over spring break and couldn't have been more pleased! Aquaholic was well appointed and had everything we needed for our family. We especially liked the en-suite bedrooms( each with Flat screen TV, cable and internet and even a Xbox)The chair and umbrella service at the beach was fantastic and made it so easy to make multiple trips to the beach. The home is just steps away from the beach and we found we preferred the quiet street location across from the pool as well.
The property manager was so helpful during booking and answered all our questions and a convenient app holds all the important info etc.
5 stars!
