Great home for the Holidays or family vacation

Overall Comment
With 4 adult kids, their families & us we had plenty of space to gather & sleep! The home was immaculate and had all we needed for our Thanksgiving feast! Just a few minutes walk to the beach was in perfect location, we laid to have the pool heated and the children loved that too!
Plenty of dining space , would have loved more living room seating as we were a large group. The only negative I have is chairs need pads on the feet as the metal scrapes the floor . As concsientious & responsive as Franghista Properties are , I’m sure they’ll fix that !!!

The house was perfect for our large family vacation. We had 16 adults, 2 teenagers, and 2 infants and had plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to prepare meals. We had a couple minor maintenance issues during our stay but management was very prompt and responsive to fix them. The walk to the beach was short and easy, even for the grandparents on this trip. It was a great and memorable stay, and we will definitely book Frangista Pompano again for a family vacation in the future!

Perfect Family Retreat

Check in was smooth and easy. Had a small leak at check in that was quickly tended to and mean quickly. Like less than 3 min after making the call. Rooms were spacious. Beds, pillows and linens were comfy. There was some light bulbs out around the property. Patio furniture on the patios off of the bedroom were very worn. Looked like black mold in the master shower. I meant to call the rental co to mention these items to them but forgot with all the fun we were having. None of these items would stop us from renting here again!

This house was a perfect fit for our large family! We loved the space on the main living level, and the private pool was great. We ate-in a lot during our stay so the 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, and dedicated ice machine were awesome features! The bedrooms & bathrooms were exactly as pictured.
I was originally a little nervous about the distance to the beach when we booked this house, but it really was an easy walk, even for the younger kids in our group (and shorter than most elevator waits at a big condo complex). It was also a short walk to several shops, including souvenirs & a cute coffee place. The rental company was also very engaged and helpful. Overall, it was great for our family vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at the Frangista Pompano. As a group of 22 adults traveling to Destin for a wedding, this home was perfect and was great for our group. Everyone had their own space. The location is close to the beach and within walking distance to many things. We would definitely stay here again! The home was clean, spacious and the pool area was a nice bonus. The staff at Frangista Beach Properties was professional and answered any question I had very promptly. I would definitely recommend them.

Pompano for family reunion

Covid had prevented our family from gathering for two years, and welcomed the opportunity for us all to be under one roof for a week! We traveled from Alaska, California, Colorado, Vermont, South Carolina, and Massachusetts for a total of 20 people. Everyone had their own room and their own bathroom. We had 4 kids ages 3 and under with early bed times, and they slept soundly on the third floor. The layout worked well for group gatherings, and for sneaking away for private time. The property was clean and accommodating. The pool heat did not work well for the first few days, but the management company assisted us with immediacy. The walk to the beach is easy, and the private beach is exceptional! We appreciated the privacy of the pool and there was ample parking for 5 vehicles and a golf cart. We did not go out for dinner, as we had a great grill set up and cooked almost every night. We did enjoy the Gulfarium (aquarium) and The Track (go karts). We went in March and the temperatures did not exceed low 70s and the winds were high, but the sun was warm and the beach still beautiful!

The house was amazing, enough space for all of the families to be able to relax and recharge. The common areas had enough seating for us all to be together. When we called about the pool heater turning off we received prompt service even on a weekend! The pool had not been cleaned before we arrived and they didn’t come at all while we were there, it would have been nice. They did come to look at the heater. We can’t wait to come back, we hope there are more coffee cups next year though.

We had a great time at this beautiful property. There were 17 family member and this home worked out perfect for us. Each family had their own sleeping area and the main floor seated us all for meals and TV time. It was a wonderful Thanksgiving celebration.

We had an incredible week at Frangista Pompano! The property was in a great location and perfectly set up for our family coming together from all over the USA. Awesome gathering spaces both inside and out. Quick walk to the beach and shops. We loved that each room (family) had their own bathroom. The property manager was very responsive and cared that our family's stay was great! Highly recommend Frangista!

Beautiful house and perfect location to beach! The walk to beach access was literally 2 min from house. The house was perfect size and had everything we needed! We had a couple maintenance issues (clogged outside drain for shower rinse off and door henge loose in bedroom) and a simple email sent that night was addressed the next morning. William and Hector were always friendly, prompt and offered great advice and suggestions.
Will stay again at Frangista properties!!

Great beach house!

This house is in the perfect location, a short walk to the private beach! Very roomy, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. The large pool was wonderful and very clean. Bring canopies for more shade!! They have a big umbrella, but not enough shade for a group. Full sun all day. We brought 2 canopies which saved the day! Without it, you will fry like an egg!! A few broken items, nothing major. I would suggest new outdoor furniture and new balcony furniture with some new cushions. If you have trouble with stairs....this is NOT the house for you. Kitchen on second floor, so lots of up and down! There is a fridge and ice maker on the first floor which helps. Would definitely stay again and would recommend. Wonderful owner and property management.

Our large group of family and friends had an amazing time while staying at the Frangista Pompano! The house was spacious enough for our five families and numerous children. The property was in great condition and the few minor requests we had were handled promptly and courteously by the management company. It was only a short walk to the beach and surrounding shops. We had a great experience and would definitely stay there again!
