Amazing view of the gulf from sunrise to sunset and dolphins inbetween nothing beats this gulf front view. The condo is beautifully decorated with plenty of space. Property management is quick to respond. Overall we are very happy with our stay.

Our family of 12 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Latitude Adjustment. We loved the location and the uncrowded beach. We rented a couple more sets of umbrellas and beach chairs, besides the set that was provided with the rental, so we were able to just go back and forth whenever we wanted to all day long, without hauling chairs, etc. That was wonderful! We are already looking forward to returning next summer!

Our family of 9 enjoyed our stay at Latitude Adjustment, our first vacation in the Destin area. The space was a little tight in comparison to the spacious NC beach homes we've rented before but the location, gorgeous beach, and area attractions and dining were superb. The kitchen is nicely equipped and could use a few small things to make it even better (eg bowls and plates are not microwavable for quick reheats or things like oatmeal). The home was very clean. We enjoyed the small hot tub/pool on the ground level. The views are amazing from all balconies. Other reviews noted difficulty in backing out of the driveway into the busy street but we found most drivers were gracious and let us out. We found the Frangista Beach rental management team to be very nice, thorough and helpful before and during our stay.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Latitude Adjustment. It is a beautiful home, very clean, tastefully decorated, very organized and well designed. It was cozy enough for our time alone, and spacious for the time we had guests. Our favorite location is Miramar Beach and the location of this home is fantastic. The property manager was responsive and the entire rental experience smooth. The beach was incredible. We stayed during winter, when less crowded and very peaceful. Highly recommend.

This was a great place to stay! There were 8 of us plenty of room. Very clean. Rooms were spacious. Walking distance to eats and shops. Was nice to have a private walk way to the beach. Pool was nice. If we had to call for anything or ask a question they were right on it! The management was very nice and helpful. Definitely will stay again!! Definitely recommend staying here. Thxs!

This property is clean and perfect for a large family vacation. Located across the street from Alvins Island, a short walk to Pompano Joes for food and drink, Dairy Queen for ice cream, and even a local coffee shop, everything is within walking distance including the well kept community pool with clean bathrooms. Just steps from the beach, we enjoyed sunrise and sunset walks, swimming in the crystal clear water and playing in the soft white sand. William and the property management team are amazing and make you feel at home. We can't wait to return for our next visit. One week was not enough - we would like to return for two weeks next time.

We had two family's (4 adults, 4 teens, 1 child) stay here with plenty of room for all. The location is great! Scenic Gulf Drive is busy and made it a little difficult to get out of the drive way so we rented a golf cart and it worked out perfect. We could get everywhere we needed on that. The house is beautifully decorated and was very clean upon arrival. The property management company checked in on us a few times to make sure everything was ok. And the beach!! The beach was beautiful and the beach service company had the chairs and umbrella set up by 8 am every morning.

Beautiful home. We had 3 couples (6 adults and 3 kids) and this house works out perfectly. Each couple has their own floor w a main living area for all. Kitchen is well appointed and didnt lack a thing, we cooked in almost every night, even used the grill. Beds were comfortable and loved the long table which we could all fit around but it isn't so wide to take up too much space. We loved the use of the elevator which made luggage, groceries and laundry (on the 3rd fl) much easier on us. The walk to the beach is so easy and the pool (hot tub lol) was enjoyed after a long day at the beach. Only complaint really is the TV in the upstairs spare room was really small (all the others were a great size). We would definitely stay here again!

Great location on the beach with spectacular views from every floor. We had a couple of minor cleaning issues on arrival due to post Covid 19 reopening that were handled immediately. Property management (especially William) was very friendly and responsive. They take care of their guests.

Only negative was backing out of driveway on busy street during evening hours.

Beautiful vacation rental. Each year we visit Florida and spend time with family. Latitude Adjustment was the perfect rental to accommodate our 2 families and grandma. The beach was spectacular! The location was very accessible, the house was well equipped, tastefully decorated, very clean and was everything we had hoped it would be. We enjoyed our stay at Latitude Adjustment, we found the home large enough to meet all the needs of our large group. The home was beautiful and the large bunk room worked well for our family. A great plus was the private beach which was just out our back door. The beach is beautiful with snow white sand and very easy for children to walk out into the water and ride the waves back. Our Grandchildren loved the splash pool on the patio. Would love to return in the future.

Latitude adjustment had everything we needed. A/C worked well. Kitchen was well stocked and the location was great. Grill was big enough for 9 adults. The only thing we had to do was buy some garbage bags and dishwasher tabs and toilet paper....all were cheap at cvs just down the road! Prices in Destin for rentals has jumped insanely in the last few years and when you see how crowded it is you understand why. Traffic is bad...give yourself extra time to get anywhere! We had a great time and enjoyed this rental!

Our stay was Wonderful. My morning view from the master bedroom was amazing. Going on vacation to a new place sometimes I'm alittle uneasy about it not knowing if our place will be clean to our standards, I must say latitude adjustment was nice and clean. I had the chance to speak to the owner on the phone and he was very kind and helpful.

Great location right on the beautiful beach! We were able to send our small kids up to retrieve things from the pool deck from the beach. The kids loved having a pool right on the porch. The house had everything we needed and there was plenty of space for our group of 11. Very convenient to stores, restaurants, etc. Sufficient space to park 4 cars. Cons: rusty porch furniture on the main floor which got on our clothes, no skimmer and pool jets did not seem to be working, pool deck very slippery, kitchen table chairs could feel the springs when sitting (uncomfortable). Replacing the chairs on the porch and at the kitchen table would make this place amazing.
