The house was perfect, great for our family of 9! The pool was very nice and used daily. We rode bikes and golf cart to the beach everyday, parking at the beach, beach was private but close enough to walk to water activities. We would stay here again! The host answered our questions quickly and followed up on any concerns as well.

We enjoyed our stay very much!
We arrived right at check-in on Saturday.
The house was clean and welcoming.
Every small, medium or large kitchen appliance you’d ever need was tucked away in the pantry.
Bedrooms are perfect!
Tons of beach gear too!
The pool was so nice to have and there were plenty of floats and things provided!
We will definitely be staying again!

This beach house is a perfect vacation getaway for a family of 10 or so. Great layout for sleeping accommodations and entertaining. The 6 seat golf cart made it easy to get to and from the beach. The private access to the very wide and spacious beach is a very nice feature of Gulf Pines. Frangista Beach management is great to work with was very quick to accommodate all of our requests. We have already to book this home for next year!

The location of this home is in a great neighborhood. We enjoyed ourselves very much. We rode bikes around very low traffic in neighborhood. Management and Frangista team was great and fast response with any questions we had. Very clean house. And definitely recommend anyone of my friends and family members to stay.

We had three families for a total of 10 people. The house had plenty of space to comfortably sleep everyone. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The pool, bikes and golf cart are a great bonus to the house. The beach was beautiful and not to crowded. It was easy to get to by bike or golf cart. It’s a bit of a walk to the beach but very doable. Shops and grocery store are very near by. We all enjoyed are stay and would rent here again.
