Fantastic location - right on the Beach in Miramar/Destin. Property was clean and well-maintained, but the added excellent and prompt service from Frangista Property Management put our experience over the top. The kitchen was well equipped, beach towels furnished, plenty of seating inside and out and the heated pool was fantastic.
Have already booked another 7 week stay, same time next year!!

Our family had a delightful time in this home. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. The view of the ocean from the 2nd and 3rd floor balconies was amazing. The easy access to the beach was perfect. We really enjoyed the pool far more than we thought we would. It was so refreshing after a day at the beach.

House was lovely. Working with Frangista Beach Properties is always a pleasure. Hector is the best. Professional, pleasant and always helpful. All of my concerns or maintenance issues were addressed promptly. This property is as advertised and it definitely has a million dollar view. I do think it could use some updating inside and out. The beds were very comfortable. Patio furniture could be more comfortable. The access to the beach is perfect. The property is close to restaurants, shopping and everything you would need.

Frangista Encore is a perfect place for making memories. Our family was able to gather on the balconies, and in common areas for together time. Sleeping was comfortable with private bathrooms for each bedroom. The house was fully equipped and everything was in working order. The best part is the perfect location on the beach, with the surf asyour neighbor. It is walkable distance to restaurants, a coffee shop, a winery, ice cream, beach shops etc. The house is perfect for reunions and celebrations.

We are pretty easy to please— the house was in good enough shape. The decor was a little outdated but we were not bothered by that. The pricing at the time was good for a location right on the beach. We did make the mistake of going during spring break where they were lots of college kids. Beaches were super crowded and the crowds were a little more rowdy than I would’ve liked. At times at night you could hear loud screaming and music.
The house did have a leak and needed a good deep clean. The community pool was not warm at all. That was disappointing. We did pay extra to have the pool at the house heated. I would say it’s more like a large hot tub than a pool. It was very warm and enjoyable.

We had an incredible time. Eight family members, from 3 different areas of the U.S., met at this beautiful home to catch up and make some new memories! This piece of paradise was everything it was described as being. It really is as amazing as the pictures portray! We ate fresh fish every day at wonderful beachside restaurants! Everyone I worked with, to make this happen, were so personable and extremely helpful! We will return! I have passed the house information to other family and friends!

with six adults and a toddler we had more than enough room. home was everything and more than what we were expecting. clean and well stocked. our air conditioner on the bottom floor went out in the middle of the night and was immediately fixed early the next morning. beach chairs/umbrella people were extremely nice also. if possible we will stay at this home again or use Frangista Beach Properties to help us find our vacation home for 2022.

We stayed in the Encore which is a very lovely home with a million dollar beachfront view. The home was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. We had a few minor hiccups that were answered quickly by Frangista, who were a text away and answered and resolved within minutes.
The pool had an issue with heating which Frangista was ready to fix. As a second thought we decided not to move forward with the heating and our fee was immediately refunded. The pool was under cover and during warmer months we are sure the shade is a welcomed relief. Personally we all like a pool in the sun.
Be mindful that during the off season many homes are under renovations and it can be a bit noisy starting at 7-7:30am. My husband and I are early risers but our other couple were awake earlier than usual. Not a deal breaker for sure but something to take into consideration.
We met William, the Frangista and area developer, and he was a delight to talk to as he told us some of the area history.
We have the Pink Pearl waiting for us in May and cannot wait to return to this lovely area!

we had the best Family time at Frangista Encore. My grandchildren ranging from 7 month to 13 years were entertained and happy and that was AMAZING. Everything we could possible need was there and the setting was wonderful. I had so much assistance in planning, knowing where to park Motorhome. We had one appliance issue that was resolved promptly.

When we arrived my grandson ran out of on the house and down the stairs and ran on the beach. My daughter was overjoyed. That alone was worth the cost of the rental. The only complaint I have is it would be nice if we could have been able to have a turn around to pull onto the street. Backing out was sometimes a problem because of traffic. Would not let this stop me from renting again.

This is the first time we've stayed actually ON the beach in Destin, and it was our best year yet. It's SO nice to be able to go in and out easily and not cart your things back and forth, especially with lots of little ones.
The house was very clean and well taken care of, and we loved it so much, we've already booked it again for next year.
Also, the A/C went out one evening, and by early the next morning it was fixed.

We rented the house for a total of 4 couples and had plenty space. The house was very well equipped, tv's in the rooms are massive, ice machine was a great help, the 2 free beach loungers/umbrellas were awesome and always set up early. If you like cooking nice meals the kitchen is perfect for that. Grill is on front patio which is regrettable, would prefer to be on beach balcony. The pool is much smaller than what the pic shows, but nice to have regardless. All in all, a great place to stay on the beach!

This place is amazing! My wife and I took our two young children, along with 6 other family members and friends. We had a couple of small things come up with the house, but maintenance was there within 5 minutes of our request.

This is the second home we have rented from Frangista Properties, and we were as pleased as last year.
Overall, the home was well maintained and the property management company made every effort to communicate with us and were helpful. On our arrival day, we were informed that the dryer was not working... However, they provided us with MANY extra towels and repaired the dryer on Wednesday as promised.
Home has lots of room... and the views are fabulous!
