Overall Comment
The home is lovely with everything we needed! It felt like home and all the rules are basically common sense! We respected the house like our own! We enjoyed the pool when our grandchildren came for 10 days! The community area was also an added enjoyment with paddleball, tennis and basketball! Would love to come back and we have signed up for next year! Thank you!!

I can not say enough about how my family enjoyed our time in Destin. The house was amazing. The set up there is perfect. It has a well stocked kitchen and the play room upstairs was really great because we unfortunately had a rainy week. The pool is amazing. The owner also has a wide variety of children's toys and books there which definitely were well received by my grandchildren. We loved the house and the community it is in. Very convenient to everything. The dryer wasn't working and amazingly it was replaced within 24 hours of the our call. All in all we would highly recommend this home and the company that rents it

Our Stay at Villa Royale was wonderful! The property was clean, neat and well stocked with everything we could need, including activities, toys, and plenty of room for 7 adults and two children. The kitchen had everything we needed, including two coffee pots, one original and one Keuring. We cooked a large seafood dinner, and had all the necessary utensils. We also loved the convenience of the Golf Cart. We unfortunately had a sick baby one night, and the property was closely located to an ER. We really enjoyed the responsiveness and the professionalism of the management company. We loved that we had beach towels available. The Pool was gorgeous and well kept. It was also nice to see maintenance being done on the pool and golf cart to ensure everything stayed in proper condition. It was a 10/10 experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Villa Royale! We loved the area and it was a beautiful house! The pool was just the perfect size for us. The house itself was roomy and spacious. We loved the setup! The appliances were topnotch. The golf cart was a blessing! We have stayed in Destiny East before so we were familiar with the HOA. So this is probably out of your control. My only complaint would be that we had one tire on the pine straw and were ticketed for being on the vegetation. I have been in landscaping and I happen to know that the pine straw is already dead and it won’t hurt to park on it. Otherwise, we had a great time and enjoyed it very much!

We had a great family vacation in this beautiful home. It was clean, in perfect condition, well equipped and convenient to the beach. We had some trouble with the internet and the rental agency was courteous and got it working for us as soon as possible. Also the microwave malfunctioned and Frangista Beach Properties brought us a new one the same day.

We have been in several rentals before, this was definitely the cleanest one we have walked into at the start of our stay. The home was a great size for our group, which included several teenagers. We never felt as if we were in anyone’s way as we moved around the house. Came with multiple beach chairs which is a bonus. The management company couldn’t have been more responsive to any questions we had and even checked in a few times to make sure everything was what we expected. If we have the chance we will rent from Frangista Beach Properties again.

We had a wonderful time at this home. The house was absolutley beautiful. They even had toys for my grandchildren to play with. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was beautiful. The kitchen was large and had everything we needed to cook. The pool was also beautiful and the screened in porch was perfect to have your morning coffee on as well as just setting and relaxing.The Frangista Property Management was so nice and welcoming. Loved the location of the house. The house had everything we needed. Was able to take are daily walks and not be in any major traffic. The golf cart was a plus to go to the beach which was very far. The owner went above and beyond to make sure it felt like a home and not just a rental property. The pool was a nice plus in case we did not want to go to the beach. Our property management was very good. Checked with us to make sure all was well while we stayed there. Very nice experience.

Everything about the house and the rental agency was top notch. I might suggest that some of the trees around the pool be trimmed back so the sun isn't obstructed. Only had a few hours each day where sun was on the pool. And also the HOA for Destiny East gave us a ticket for having our bumper over the sidewalk by a very small amount. Sad that they didn't give us a warning since it was our first day there. The rental agency was very kind and paid the ticket for us. Great service from the rental agency. We called on our first day to have the pool heated (on a Sunday) and they were out one hour later to turn the heater on. Great service.

Stayed at the house with 11 (7 adults, 4 kids). Very roomy, clean, and well equipped. Heated pool and golf cart for near by beach visits where awesome for the kids. Adults enjoyed the short walk to the beach. Nice neighborhood and very accommodating management company. Clearly one of the best houses that we rented over the past few years.

We stayed at Villa Royale from 10/3/20-10/10/20. We had 2 families with a total of 6 people. Although there were only 3 bedrooms the house had way more space than we needed. The upstairs bedroom alone was as large as some apartments. Having the pool was perfect as that is where we spent the majority of our time, especially since the pool was heated (was like bath water really!). Habit free multiple golf carts was another nice addition although we only had to use them a couple of times. Only had minor maintenance issues that were responded and tended to swiftly. Only a couple of concerns I would mention(if you really call these concerns): 1) Pool deck was not very big and having the hammock talk up a lot of needed space. Would recommend removing the hammock to allow more chairs for people to congregate on the pool deck. 2) Although the house is in a great location and only a 2 minute golf cart ride from beach, the beach access you have with the house is public and the week we were there the beaches were packed. With COVID we didn’t feel comfortable staying on beach with so many people so we never really used the beach at all during our stay. But again we had the pool so that made up for it! But overall would give this house 4 stars out of 5!

This is a very nice house that feels huge! Loved the pantry turned playroom! Only thing this house needs is a nee golfcart... street cart was struggling anytime we drove it... if you love luxury and seclusion this is the home for you! If you enjoy walking to shops and food, those items are not close though. Beach is like maybe 5 min walk!

A beautiful home, perfect for our two families that came together to enjoy a beach getaway. Destiny East is a wonderful community. The location was just perfect. The beach is a quick golf ride away. Having the golf carts was perfect for getting around within the community and nearby locations. The house has all the beach gear you need chairs and umbrella. The pool out back is perfect and part shaded and well maintained . The house too is perfect and has everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked. The sub zero refrigerator is ideal for a large group. The Wolf cooktop and oven is a learning curve if the right pot isn’t matched to it, but once you get the hang of it is fine. We looked up the owners manual online to figure it out. Plenty of room to spread out and come together. The amenities of the community are nice for additional activities. The property management company was incredibly attentive and so easy to work with. The follow up from William on how our stay was going and to answer questions was so appreciated. We liked Destin so much we extended our stay and he helped us with that as well. We absolutely enjoyed our time in this home and can’t wait to come back and would love to stay in it again. Such a great trip!!
