This listing includes use of the Main House, Garage, Pool and Putting Green. The Carriage Home is not included and will not be rented but you do have access to the garage

Welcome to Sand & Serenity, located just steps from the beach access in Crystal Beach. Outside in the garage is a brand new 2022 six-seater golf cart each that is included for guest enjoyment while beaching, grocery shopping, movies or shuttling the entire family to dinner at any of the local restaurants along Scenic Gulf Drive. A new putting green was just installed in 2022 for family fun while grilling by the pool!!

8 Beach Chairs, 4 Umbrellas and Boogie Boards Provided in Carriage House Garage for your use.

The Main House featuring 3 King bedrooms and also 1 sleeping sofa. 8 guest sleeping.

Private Pool (15' X 10'X 5'), Pool heating available for additional fee of $35 per day plus tax, Weekly rentals must pay for entire week)

Overall Comment

We all enjoyed our stay at the Sand & Serenity in Crystal Beach. The house was perfect for our group. The kitchen was the best; with everything you could need for preparing meals. The only con was the grill which only needs new burners, but not a major issue. Hector, with Frangista Properties was very accommodating. There was a problem with the garage door later in the week, but it did not affect our coming and going at all. Thanks

Overall Comment

Easy check in. House was clean and ready for us before check in time. Golf cart was so nice to have access to. Made trips to the beach easy and fun! The pool was also a hit after a day on the beach. We cooked most of our meals at home . Kitchen was fully stocked. Would rent this house again!

Overall Comment

We had a wonderful time at sand &serenity. The house is beautiful and well maintained. Plenty of room for six people. The back yard is nice. The pool is small but they are honest in the description and it was perfect for our needs. The ability to heat the pool was perfect as it was still chilly in early April. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. The golf cart was definitely an added bonus. Very short walk or golf cart ride to the beach. There are stairs to the beach itself (absolutely nothing to do with the house but just fyi) that can make bringing a wagon tricky. We would absolutely stay here again. Lastly, the management company was quick to help and very responsive.
