Ocean Breeze was a wonderful house. It was a group of 16 and we all were super comfortable. The pool is a good size. Only 2 tiny things the third floor is a very warm area, and the outside grill pool area has no covering for the sun. But other than that, very spacious. The kitchen has plenty of utensils and cookware. My mother was happy with a bedroom on the 2nd floor because the beds were adjustable, and she was able to sleep very comfortable. The private beach was a plus and the beach entrance very close to house. We had an issue with the golf cart and the office had the problem resolved with hours. We were very happy staying at Ocean Breeze.

Ocean Breeze is a wonderful property and this was our second time to stay here. The property manager always provides excellent service and we like dealing with them. We arrived to a spacious clean house on Saturday and love the quiet neighborhood. The private pool was a hit for the little kids and the big kids. We've booked for 2023!

Ocean Breeze was perfect for our group which included an infant and a toddler. The common area was spacious and there was plenty of space for everyone to sit comfortably. The bedrooms were large and nicely appointed. The pictures of the pool didn't do it justice; much larger than we expected. I would definitely recommend this home

We have rented homes for our family vacation for the last 8 plus years. This is the first home that has been immaculate! We where all impressed with the cleanliness! We also have great customer service. We had an issue with the ice maker and they came promptly to fix it. There was only one downside to this home. They only had one refrigerator so we where running to the store every other day. Otherwise, this place is perfect. We already booked for next year.

We used every bed in this house! That's how many people we had. (My parents, aunt, and siblings with their families all stayed). We all slept comfortably. The open great room helped keep everyone together. The couch was comfy and the dining table large. William, the property manager, was friendly and helpful. He called during our stay to check on us. I mentioned some loose door handles just to let him know as they weren't bothering us, but wanted to inform him. Dan and Cody came right away to fix them. They were kind and respectful. Our family tries to stay together each summer and this was a great experience. The kids enjoyed the pool in the afternoons and my aunt who typically can't join us at the beach because she walks with crutches was able to enjoy it in the pavilion at the entrance of the beach. The golf cart that was included was very convenient too! Loved being in the private neighborhood. The only downside of our experience was the traffic on the island and that the wait for restaurants the night we wanted to go out was 2 hours plus. We tried to make reservations, but it seems no one on the island takes reservations. Obviously this is not their fault but just a heads up for those who like to dine out. Thankfully that did not affect us too much. Overall a great stay!

We have been coming down to Destin for over 25 years. I am very reluctant to stay at a different house. Do not like to change. I was wrong. The house was very clean and everyone had the own personal space. We heated the pool, which came in handy for the little ones could swim. The golf cart came in handy to get to the beach. The owners and the management company were very personable and would bent over backwards to make sure our trip was fantastic! I would highly recommend this property.

The perfect house for families!

The design of this house accommodates a large family, family reunions, and the need for sleeping arrangements for a household of single adults (teens/college age).
Lots of privacy to have your own space away from the downstairs gathering area with the multi-level design, porches, balcony and backyard. Pool security along with the backyard detached from the rest of the house felt very secure with our 2 year old grandson.
Beds were so comfortable I would rent the house for the mattresses alone! House is immaculate! Love the high grade selection of kitchen items and dishes as we are a family that loves to cook.
Location is surprisingly not far from the beach - we actually preferred to walk than use the golf cart.
The property managers were the perfect host. We have never experienced such a concierge service renting with any other vacation home! The professionalism and ease made the rental so easy to manage. This is to be an all time favorite home for our family! We definitely plan to be back.

We stayed in this home for 6 weeks, Excellent choice as its close to the beach and the neighborhood of GulF Pines is a hidden gem. Neighbor next door is very kind and what you would expect from a place you are staying. Location was close enough to the tourist area but perfect location to either direction as there is so much to do in the area. House is in good shape was 100% clean and the owners of the property management company were also available and responded immediately. They are everything you expected them to be. House is a perfect place from location to have a quiet place to just enjoy life.

We had an awesome time, the house was perfect for our group. Everyone loved the lay out and accommodations. Quick walk to the beautiful ocean, and a great view from the top balcony of the ocean. Ocean Breeze is a perfect name, you could feel the breeze from the ocean to the house! Super pool and the kids stayed wet all week, between the beach and the pool. We loved the porches where we sat reminiscing and enjoying thunderstorms. Thank you again Frangista, you helped us make a dream into reality.

We had 4 families that stayed on this vacation, 8 adults and 13 children (3 years-16) and the house was perfect! We didn’t realize when we booked just how AMAZING the private beach access would be. The public beaches were extremely crowded and our private beach was so spacious! So much so that private beach access is now a requirement for any future vacation. The outdoor area was wonderful and where we spent the majority of our time. Kids swam constantly, the adults loved the pergola, and we took advantage of the gas grill a few times. We loved that the area was very quiet, yet still close to anything we needed. We would stay at this place again in a heartbeat. Frangista was very attentive and checked in to make sure everything was going well. You won’t regret this property!

- The house is big and comfortable and clean enough- I never feel like rentals are spotless, but it was in fine condition upon arrival.
-Due to the pandemic we ate every meal at the house & had enough room for 3 in the kitchen to make meals - the kitchen is not huge, but fine for maneuvering if making big meals. Pots and pans could be upgraded - but that is typical with any rental. The grill has a gas line which is very convenient, too. There is a mini fridge all the way upstairs for extra cool-storage.
-The house has two golf carts parked in the driveway. They should consider renting those with the house for an additional fee!
-The pool is very nice! Great size and there is plenty of seating around it. The outdoor shower made rinsing off easy. We loved the flyovers of the military planes practicing during the day, too.
-There is a gas fire pit. We made s’mores one night which was fun for the kids.
-The neighborhood is very nice, quiet, safe and clean. Mix of owners and renters- new builds and older homes. The locals are incredibly friendly. One offered beach toys for our kids to play with if we needed them as we walked by her home on our way back from the beach, and two different people offered my parents in their late 60’s a ride home on a hot day from the beach. Renting a golf cart would be wise if you have kids and a lot of stuff, however, there is lots of parking by the beach. The walk is totally manageable and easy without beach gear.
-The private beach is very nice. We were so pleased. It was very easy to socially distance and we never felt like we had to “fight” for space.
-They provide two umbrellas and some chairs. We didn’t use their chairs- but their umbrellas were great. We brought one, so it was nice to have the additional 2.
-Due to Covid they removed beach towels. Linens are also dry cleaned which is nice but the bedding is very simple - sheets and a thicker blanket.

Wonderful house on a hill sleeps 24 and gave us all enough room to come together for a well needed escape to the beach. We loved the pool and the ability to eat inside or out. Enough dishes to feed a large crew. The non stick pots could be updated however. The beds were fabulous. The cleaning crew did a wonderful job ahead of our visit and couldn't have been nicer as we met them on our departure. The walk to the beach isn’t too bad, a golf cart would have been handy for the older guest we had in our group and the beach gear. The private access beach was the best especially when you note how crowded the beaches can be in front of the high rises further East. The property management company was incredibly attentive and so easy to work with. Great quiet location for a large family and friends to come together. We didn’t want to leave and we can’t wait to come back!

Our stay at Ocean Breeze was wonderful. The house was excellent. The living area was large enough for all of us to enjoy each other. The kitchen had everything we needed and we used the gas grill twice. The bedrooms were nice. The mattresses were comfy. We all enjoy the saltwater pool for hours every day. The beach was just around the corner. We drove down to the beach because of the heat. There was lots of parking. The private beach was so nice. Not crowded like the rest of the beach. Frangista Beach Properties management was great. They checked in with us a few days ahead of our stay and on our arrival day. Mid week they gave a call to make sure we had everything we needed. I liked that. We would love to come back to Ocean breeze again!!

Perfect family getaway house

The house we rented had a heated pool and was just a couple blocks to the beach. There was a private beach entrance with plenty of parking. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It was nice having king beds in 4 out of the 5 bedrooms. Plenty of room for kids, which we didn’t need. Lots of outdoor living which was nice. I would stay here again and highly recommend.

We were 4 families with 6 kids total.We lived the house!Its very spatios.There are 4 bedrooms with private baths and 1 room with no bath.But there is a common bath on the first floor.Rooms have more beds ,so whole families can fir comfortable in the bedrooms.
The kitchen has everything needed.
The outdoor area is great,including a pool that can be heated.The kids loved the pool.The location of the house is also great,in a quiet area and 5 minutes walk to a gated beach.

Plenty of room, excellent furnishings, convenient to beach as well as the local shopping area, and also close to 30A. Outdoor space was also useful with the pool, gas and charcoal grill options, and fire pit. It’s our new favorite in the area! Management company responded right away to a requesting I made and took care of it easily.
