WELCOME TO ISLAND TIME !!!

Crystal Beach, Destin, Fl Four bedroom and Four bath sleeping 15, community pool and steps to the beach access located in The Shores of Crystal Beach. The house features an upscale living room, a newly remodeled kitchen offering granite counter tops in the kitchen with stainless steel appliances, hard wood floors and tile throughout.The kitchen area and cabinets were just remodeled in 2018 as well as the two bathrooms downstairs and the second floor queen bedroom.

Located in the popular Crystal Beach community of Destin, Island Time is centrally located near the shopping and dining of Destin Commons between the Destin Harbor and the world class outlet shopping of the Silver Sands Factory Outlets. The wide porches that welcome you to this coastal cottage are the perfect place to catch a sunset while grilling the catch of the day, and the cool of the travertine tile floors revive tired feet after a day of play on the beach.

The kitchen, dining room and living room are open to each other so the entire family can enjoy being together while watching the big game on the flat screen tv. The dining room table seats eight with room for four more at the kitchen bar.

Two guest bedrooms are also located on the main floor: one bedroom features bunk beds with a twin sized bed on the top bunk and full sized bed on the bottom with full sized trundle as well underneath for extra sleeping room, while the other bedroom houses a queen sized bed. A queen sized sofa sleeper hides under the couch so extra guests have a place to stay if needed. When it is time to get away for some private time. The second floor provides a quiet escape with a master bedroom featuring a king sized bed, flat screen tv, ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and garden tub, as well as a spacious private balcony to sit and read.

In addition, the second bedroom on this level has a queen sized bed With Day Bed And Pull Out Trundle with ensuite bathroom as well. The third story is the perfect place to retreat and survey the neighborhood or curl up with a good book on the open air porch. Whether it’s relaxing together over a fish dinner caught that morning, or toasting a gorgeous sunset from the third story balcony, enjoy some Island Time and feel your cares slip away at the beach!

Parking available for up to 4 vehicles depending on size (includes garage). Unfortunately, Additional parking is not available in the neighborhood. On street parking is prohibited by the HOA.

Seasonal Beach Service (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) included from March 1-October 31!! Tents and Canopies not allowed where beach service is setup

COMMUNITY POOL IS AVAILABLE YEAR ROUND. IT IS HEATED MARCH 1-MAY 1+THANKSGIVING WEEK

This was our first time staying in the Crystal Beach area and we really enjoyed it. The walk to the beach and pool were not bad at all. The neighborhood itself is a great place to enjoy a walk anytime of the day. We did encounter more lizards than I’ve ever seen. The house was great for our group of 10 adults and 4 children. We also brought our small dog who loved the daily walks and she enjoyed chasing the lizards. We had everything we needed as far as cooking. We prepared several meals throughout the week. The beach itself was beautiful other than a large amount of seaweed this year. Weather was also great. It was nice having our best friends with us this year as they had never been to Destin. The only issues we had with the house was the water in the showers is not consistent. You have to get used to it going from hot to cold several times during a shower. Parking was very tight as we all have larger vehicles but we managed. The house was very clean upon arrival. Property Management company was great to deal with from start to finish. We definitely recommend Island Time and this beautiful neighborhood.
We loved being so close to restaurants and shopping.

We really enjoyed this beach house. The only issue we experienced was that the walk to the beach can be somewhat arduous when you're lugging small children plus all of the beach gear that comes with them. But if you don't have kids, or your kids are old enough to walk by themselves, this is a great place to stay. If you have infants or toddlers, maybe look for a place right on the water.

This is our second year returning to Island Time and we love this rental! The house is amazing and beautifully decorated. Our family has plenty of room to spread out and the house is very well taken care of. Its clean and comfortable. We love that we can bring our dog and the super short walk to the beach is amazing. We had the best time!!!! Prime location! plenty of space! we had everything we needed to enjoy a care free week in beautiful Destin. I love that the house is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, but still in close promoting to all the excitement of Destin. So convenient to have the beach towels too! We enjoyed coffee every morning and a glass of wine at night on the deck. Could not have asked for more in a rental.
